Ronan is a modern wood-fired oven restaurant with a focus on seasonal small plates, Neapolitan pizza, and craft cocktails. Caitlin and Daniel Cutler, co-owner/operator and co-owner/chef, approached Michael with a concept to bring Daniel’s elevated take on wood-fired pizza and breads to a fun stretch of Melrose. Michael brought in a layered palette of textured plaster walls, shou sugi ban (charred cedar) tables, and custom brass and iridescent glass lighting in playful shapes to complement the fun-yet-elegant food and drinks.
